Airplanes are part of snowboarding. That's a fact. There's always some hassle with airports and luggage. When we got into Muncih airport we had to wait for few hours after we got our boardbags.

We flew to Munich where we had rental car waiting for us. It was heavy snowstorm in Munich. It was really promising thinking about the snow conditions in the Alps.

We had rental car ready for us. But that also took so long after we finally got into car and started driving towards Kaprun.

Matti is the worst driver ever. Don't ever let him ride your rental car. Well just kidding.

Here we are checking where to go from Munich.

Jakob Wilhelson and Martin Cernik stayed with us for some time. They were really good company. Here's our first spot of the trip. Biketracks that we tried to jump one after another. It wasn't that good in the end but we had fun.

On the first few days we were searching for places to film. It was snowing hard and we ended up in small village with crosscountry skiing stadium. We drove further small road going in to woods. There we met some military people riding horses in the forest and after that we found this sign. As we are stupid Finns we started taking pictures immediately. After that we turned our cars and drove back.

Matti Kinnunen, Jakob Wilhelmson and Markku Koski on our first lift up to Kaprun. Good weather.

It was first few days in the mountains. Kaprun offered nice terrain and just next to the slopes. Good snow and nice turns.

This was the first place we tried to build a jump. It's from Kaprun and really easy access. That's why there's almost tracks in the landing already. It wasn't too easy to land there at least not after Miikka Hast did one of the biggest bombholes ever seen.

This lift was funny one in Kaprun. They had cars hanging below those cabins. I don't know where they took those cars.

View from Kaprun to Zell Am See.

On one of the down days we went cruising around the area. Trying to find something to shoot. We ended up in Kitzbuhel. It was a nice city with typical traditional Austrian colors and buildings.

Miikka Hast in front of the powder kicker we made in Leogang. We got speed directly from the slope so it was quite easy to hit it. However it doesn't mean it's really easy to land. So many cartwheels and ragdolls.

One of the best tree runs ever. So fun to cruise around these woods with a lot of snow. I haven't filmed that many powder turns ever as I did on this trip.

Markku Koski is shaping a kicker with a really nice landscape in the background. Leogang is one of my favorite resorts in Austria from now on.

This restaurant in the slopes was really nice. It's in top of Leogang. We went there because of the fog and really bad weather. Few beers later we went outside and it was bluebird. Then we went back to kicker we had already built few days before and we were ready to hit it soon.

When we arrived into this place in Leogang. We couldn't stop laughing. There was some Finn who has filming this toilet and said that " this is the coolest toilet I have ever seen". We went eating and after that it was time to check out this toilet. It was really cool indeed.

Miikka Hast in the lift.

Obertauern we visited only one day. Miikka went to slopes to check out places but snow conditions were bad so we ended up sessioning this funny looking spot. A lot of happening in this photo.

Stepchild says it well. Powder sucks! however it didn't suck when we were there.

Foggy top of the Leogang.

When you ride all the way to the bottom of one tree run in Leogang you end up in this valley. It's crazy place to ride when the snow starts to melt.

Sun was setting when we finished one kicker session. It was really nice view into Leogang valley.
